I’m back! It’s good to be busy, but where have all the lazy days gone? Thanks to Scarletty24 for the last few weekly posts.
Have you noticed that our book club has a magic addiction? Lots and lots of paranormal. What makes this week so special is how these authors have taken popular concepts and turned them on their heads. There are dragon shifters taking back their heritage and birthrights, a vampire able to forge bonds so tight his power may be the answer for an entire race, and an honest-to-goodness werewolf baddie – a horror story instead of a romance.
You may wonder how a fairly YA short story made it into a group with paranormal heavy hitters. The answer is simple …. hope. After all the chaos and upheaval our other main characters endure its nice to have a sweet story about young love.
